Sam Locke Ward

Sam Locke Ward is an artist and lifelong Iowan. As a cartoonist and musician he has a created a fairly large amount of DIY records and comic zines as well as the ongoing comic strip Futile Wrath for Little Village magazine. Charles Grassley became a senator one year before he was born in 1982.
