Item 1: Budget Overview for Recommended 2018/19 Fiscal Year (draft budget)
The city manager’s budget letter to the council is a good overview of the city’s budget.
Item 2: Motion to hold closed session as provided by Section 21.5(1)(j), Code of Iowa, to discuss the purchase or sale of particular real estate where premature disclosure could increase or reduce the price the governmental body would have to pay or receive for the property.
